Is this real gold?
The plating is real 18k gold. Most pieces are 18k gold plated brass; pieces marked 925 are sterling silver plated with 18k gold. It is not solid gold, which is what keeps the prices where they are. None of our pieces contain nickel.
Do you have a physical store?
We are online only. Now and then we run pop-ups and announce them on Instagram.
How fast is delivery?
Order before 4pm and it arrives the next day anywhere in the UAE. Orders placed after 4pm arrive the day after. Delivery is free.
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes. Choose cash on delivery at checkout and pay when your order arrives. You can also pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or split the price into 4 interest-free payments with Tabby.
What about returns?
You have 7 days to return a piece, and we cover the return shipping, so it costs you nothing.
Do you ship outside the UAE?
We deliver within the UAE. For another country, message us before ordering: shipping is quoted separately and paid by the customer.
Will it tarnish or fade?
Our jewellery is water-resistant and anti-tarnish. Like all gold plating it wears with time, so to keep it at its best for longer, avoid long contact with water, perfume and cleaning products.
